摘要
目的:了解杭州市市售淡水鱼受香港海鸥菌污染状况。方法:于2007年6月及2008年6月分二次共采集杭州市5家农贸市场淡水鱼检样共计80件,将鱼肠中、后段内容物直接分离含头孢哌酮麦康凯琼脂平板,用API20E生化试剂条鉴定确证。结果:80件检样共检出香港海鸥菌5株,总阳性率为6.25%(5/80),其中草鱼的阳性率为13.16%(5/38)。结论:杭州市场淡水鱼中香港海鸥菌的污染率不可忽视,应重视此菌的致病性并加强监测。
Objective: To investigate the contaminated status in fresh water fishes of Laribacter hongkongensis in Hangzhou. Methods:80 fresh water fishes were collected as samples in five food markets of Hangzhou at in June 2007 and June 2008. Laribacter hongkongensis from intestinal contents in the middle and bottom part of fishes' intestine was isolated by modified Mac -Lonkey Agar( with cefoperazone added) and identified by API 20E. Results :5 strains of Laribacter hongkongensis were detected from the samples. The overall positive rate was 6. 25% ( 5/80 ) and the positive rate in Ctenoharyngodon idellus was 13. 16% (5/38). Conclusion:The high positive rate of Laribacter hongkongensis indicate that supervising strength should be enhanced.
