摘要
天然(-)枞酸的含量占中国脂松香的40%左右,通过绿色制备工艺得到的(-)枞酸产物纯度达到99%以上,其得率在80%以上。使用GC-MS测定了松香树脂酸在大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化下,异构重排反应生成(-)枞酸的反应动力学,结果符合一级反应方程,动力学方程:长叶松酸为lnca=-1.657×10-2t+3.352,反应速率常数1.657×10-2t-1;新枞酸为lnca=-1.385×10-2t+2.793,反应速率常数1.385×10-2t-1。
The preparation of (-) abietic acids by using Chinese gum rosins as starting material through an environmental acceptance method with high purity and yield are reported. (-) Abietic acids were synthesized via the heterogeneous and rearrangement of rosin acids by catalysis of cation exchange resin. The kinetics of the reaction was analyzed with GC-MS. The results show that the kinetics of the heterogeneous and rearrangement of rosin acids are coincided with first order reaction equation,which can be described as lnca = - 1.657 × 10^-2 t + 3.352 with k = 1.657 × 10^-2 t ^- 1 for plustric acid and lnca = - 1.385 × 10^-2 t + 2.793 with k = 1.385 × 10^-2 t^-1 for neoabietic acid,respectively.
