摘要
设计出应用于超声波振动切削的微位移器,并分析其振动规律和动态特性,讨论了电路匹配问题,试验证明了理论分析的正确性.文中同时指出该微位移器也适应于误差补偿和机械精密加工.
Microdisplacement actuator for ultrasonic vibration cutting is designed. The vibration characteristics and matching circuits are analyzed. Experimental results prove that the theory analysis are right. This actuator can also be used to error compensation or precision cutting.
