摘要
目的初步分离桑枝颗粒提取物中对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性成分。方法利用超滤工艺对桑枝颗粒提取物进行纯化。结果在同样的样品浓度下,桑枝颗粒提取物中相对分子量在5×105D~10×105D的组分的抑制活性最高,抑制率达68.0%。结论相对分子量在5×105D~10×105D的组分对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性最高。
Objective To determine the inhibition activity of α-glucosidase from Ramulus Moki( Sangzhi). Methods The extract of Ramulus Moki(Sangzhi) was separeted by ultra_filtration. Results On the same eoncertration condition, the extreatment of relative molecular weight between 5×105 D and 10 × 105 D has the biggest inhibition activity, the inhibitor rate was 68.0 percent. Conclusion The extreatment of relative molecular weight between 5 × 10s and 10 × 10s D has the biggest inhibition activity.
