摘要
以催化裂化汽油为原料,采用小型固定流化床和中型提升管为芳构化反应装置,考察空速、温度、剂油比、反应时间、汽油馏分切割温度等反应试验条件对催化汽油二次改质产物性能以及汽油组成的影响。结果表明,随着空速的降低和反应温度的升高,汽油烯烃含量降低,芳烃含量增加,汽油辛烷值增加;随着反应时间的延长,烯烃转化率和芳烃增加率提高;催化汽油77.5%的烯烃存在于<110℃的馏分中,这部分烯烃是芳构化改质的主要目标。
The effects of reaction conditions including the WHSV (weight hourly space velocity),reacuon temperature, C/O (catalysts/oil ratio), reaction time and gasoline cutting temperature on performance and composition of FCC gasoline,were investigated in a small fixed fluidized bed reactor and riser using FCC gasoline as the feedstock.The experimental results showed that,with decreasing WHSV and increasing reaction temperature, olefin yield decreased, aromatic yield and an octane number increased,With the extension of reaction time,yield of olefins and aromatics increased. 77.5% olefin of catalytic gasoline existed in the distillate of 〈110 ℃,and this part of olefins was the main objective modification of aromatization.
