摘要
研究了采用黄铜(H90、H70)和锡铅钎料钎焊而成的拖拉机水箱电化学腐蚀机理。电化学腐蚀是水箱漏水的主要原因,在钎缝界面形成更负的电极电位,导致腐蚀沿界面处进行。在钎料中加入适量稀土后,提高了钎料与母材的结合力,抗电化学腐蚀性能提高。
n this paper, the mechanism of electrochemistry corrosion of the tractor radiator brazed with brass (H90 and H70) and Sn-Pb filler metal was investigated. The electrochemistry corrosion is main reason of radiator leakage. The more negative electrode electric potential forms in the interface of the brazing joint, so that corrosion originates from the interface of the brazing joint. Adding RE to solder system can increase the combination of solder and base metal and improve electrochemistry corrosion resistance.
