摘要
目的:探讨鼻咽癌三株不同细胞系CNE-1,HNE-2,5-8F的遗传变异特性。方法:采用比较基因组杂交技术,分析CNE-1,HNE-2,5-8F染色体的扩增与缺失。结果:共同的扩增区域为3q21-qter 5p13-pter,20q11-qter,12号染色体。共同的缺失区域为18号染色体,CNE-1与HNE-2相比,除了4p14-qter在CNE-1缺失,而HNE-2无明显变化外,其余的扩增与缺失区域均相同。而5-8F与CNE-1和HNE-2相比,则存在明显的不同。结论:鼻咽癌具有遗传变异,且不同细胞系之间染色体的扩增与缺失存在共同的区域,但亦有差异。
Objective :To observe the genetic alterations in different nasopharyngeal eareinoma(NPC ) cell lines CNE-1, HNE-2 and 5-8F.Methods:The different NPC cell lines were detected by comparative genomie hybridization analysis in the gains and losses of chromosomes. Results:The common gains of chromosomes were 3q21-qter 5p 13-pter, 20q11-qter and chromosome 12.The common loss is chromosome 18.Compared with HNE-2 ,the only differenee was the loss of 4p14-qter in CNE-1.Obvious difference existed in both the losses and gains of chromosomes between 5-8F and CNE-1.Conclusion:There are eharaeteristie chromosome ehanges in nasopharyngeal eareinoma.Both sameness and difference exist in the chromosome ehanges of NPC cell lines.
