摘要
新农村建设、城乡统筹发展是当前重要时代背景。文章通过分析土地整理与之关系,将土地整理内涵拓展为:城乡一体化框架下、区域范围内的国土综合整治,强调与新农村建设、城乡统筹相结合的综合整治。并在此基础上构建项目规划综合化、工程运作市场化、具体实施社会化的土地整理运作模式。
The new rural construction, urban and rural areas are the current co-ordinate the development of important historical background. By analyzing the relationship between land consolidation and them, its content will be expand as follows： under the framework of urban-rural integration, regional land within the scope of the comprehensive rectification and emphasis with the new rural construction, urban and rural co-ordinate a combination of comprehensive treatment. And on this basis to build on general planning of the project to run the market, the specific implementation of the land organize society mode of operation.
