摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及力学性能检测方法,对两种Al-Mg-Si合金进行了人工时效、自然时效、人工时效+自然时效的研究.经固溶处理后自然时效,强度有所增高,延伸率下降较小,说明该合金有良好的冲压成型性.经人工时效(烤漆模拟)可获得很高的强度,且塑性较好,表明该材料可开发为车身板材.
おrtificial ageing, natural ageing and naturalartificial ageing of two kinds of AlMgSi alloys are studied by means of OM, SEM, TEM observations and detects of its mechanical properties. After natural ageing, its strength is enhanced and the elongation decreases little, which show that the alloy has good stamping. After artificial ageing(paintbaleing condition), high strength alloys is got together with good plasiticity. So these alloys may be developed into automative body plate.
