摘要
为了研究涂层的表面硬度和结合强度与钼的氧化行为之间的关系,对纯钼粉进行大气等离子喷涂。利用Neopnoat型光学显微镜对涂层微观组织进行分析,在万能材料实验机上对涂层结合强度进行测定。结果表明,等离子喷涂钼粉过程中部分钼被氧化,一方面,钼氧化时释放一定的热量,使涂层局部产生高温引起冶金结合,提高涂层结合强度;另一方面,在钼涂层中形成弥散分布的氧化物,提高涂层的硬度及抗粘着磨损的能力。
In order to study the relationship between the behavior of Mo oxide and coating's surface hardness and bond strength,the Mo coating fabricated by air plasma thermal spraying . The micro- structure was analysis by optical microscope. The bond strength of coating was measured on multifunctional material testing machine. The experiment results show that the bond strength of coating fabricated by plasma thermal spraying is much higher. A lot of spraying powders released heat when oxidized during spraying. The heat increases the metallurgical boning in some sites. The hardness and wear resisting of coating are also improved by forming oxide in the coating. The results will be guide for the applications of Mo.
