摘要
以平板流模型为基础,提出了幂律流体偏心环空间隙雷诺数及层流区域计算方法。计算实例表明:可用偏心环空间隙雷诺数分析并表征偏心环空横截面上紊流和层流同时存在的现象;可用幂律流体偏心环空层流区域方程确定环空局部层流和紊流区域范围;在偏心度较大情况下,偏心环空幂律流体不易发生完全紊流;偏心环空综合雷诺数大于临界值2 100时,幂律流体也可能出现紊流和层流两种流态。
Based on flat plate flow model, eccentric annular clearance Reynolds number and laminar flow zone calculation methods were presented. Case calculation indicated that eccentric annular clearance Reynolds number could be used to analyze and characterize the phenomenon of laminar and turbulent flow appeared simultaneously in ec- centric annulus lateral section; the equation for laminar flow zone of power law fluid in eccentric annular could be used to determine the range of local turbulent and laminar flow zone in the annular; the complete turbulent flow doesn't happen easily for power law fluid in eccentric annular with larger eccentricity; both laminar and turbulent flows may appear for power law fluid in eccentric annular clearance as the eccentric annular synthetical Reynolds is more than 2100.
