摘要
介绍了乌克兰黑色金属矿石选矿和烧结研究设计院研制的轨道式振动多层圆盘重选机(Концентраторорбитальныйдисковый,简称КОД),该机结构新颖,不同于现有的重选设备。可用于处理3(05)~0mm粒状物料、01~0mm细磨物料和95%-0044mm矿泥物料,分选效率高,有效分选粒度下限15~20μm。可供铁矿石、稀有金属矿石、贵金属矿石和有色金属矿石重选采用。
The orbit type vibrating multi-disk gravity concentrator developed by Ukraine Ferrous Metal Ore Beneficiation and Sintering Research and Designing Institute is described.This machine has a novel structure and is different from the existing gravity separation equipment.It can treat 3(0.5)~ 0 mm particulate material,0.1~ 0 mm finely ground material and 95% -0.044 mm slimes.It has high separation efficiency and a 15~ 20 μm Lower size limit of effective separation and can be applied in the gravity separation of iron ore,rare and precious metal ore and non-ferrous metal ores.
