Mobile web at home and abroad is the current mainstream of the communications industry and new direction of development, technological advances and changes in user habits lay good foundation for a variety of mobile communications applications. To optimize the library services, wireless communication technology becomes a trend in current library in the United States, professional works such as directory retrieval system, library tour guide video, all kinds of reference service and reminding service have emerged, and be widely acclaimed from readers.
