摘要
休闲渔业顺应了时代的要求,拓展了渔业的综合功能,有机结合第一二产业和第三产业,形成了一个全新、高效的交叉型产业。本文从休闲渔业发展现状出发,分析了天津发展休闲渔业的优势及存在的问题,并提出了应从政府部门的重视程度、各地因地制宜和统筹规划、相关法律法规制度的完善以及加强国内外协作、完善服务配套设施和与其它产业相结合等方面采取措施,加快天津休闲渔业的发展。
Leisure fisheries comply with the requirements of the times, expanding the comprehensive functions of fishery, making the organic integration of the three industries, and form a new, highly efficient cross-based industry. From the point of development situation of leisure fisheries, the author has analyzed the advantages and the existing problems of the leisure fisheries development in Tianjin, and proposed that the government should make some measures such as paying more attention, and adjusting measures to local conditions, and having overall plans and improving the relevant laws and regulations ,and strengthening the cooperation at home and abroad, improving supporting facilities, services and other industries, to speed up the development of leisure fishery in Tianjin.
