摘要
萘直接以混合酸硝化时,主要的产物是1-硝基,其异构体2-硝基萘一般只占约5%,本文利用溶剂化层效应,使进攻试剂的体积增大,迫使反应在空间阻碍较小的位置上进行,从而使硝基萘的产率提高到了40%以上。
When naphthalene is nitrated with mixed acids,the main product is 1-nitronaphthalene,while its isotner,2-nitronaphthalene,generally takes up only 5%.It is reported in this paper that by using the Solventized-layer effect to increase the volume of attacking agent,the reaction would be compelled to take place at the less stejic hindered site.Thus,in the direct nitration of naphthalene,the yield of 2-nitronaphthalene may be increased over 40%.
