摘要
1993年以来,四川省一些地区的3~30日龄雏鹅发生一种传染病,死亡高峰期10~18日龄,发病率30%~100%,死亡率25%~75%,有时可高达100%,其临床症状和病理变化与小鹅瘟有很多相似之处。利用原代鸭胚成纤维细胞培养及蚀斑克隆技术从不同地区分离到10株病毒,分离病毒呈球形或椭圆形,无囊膜,直径70~90nm,不凝集鸡、鸭、鹅、鸽、黄牛、水牛及猪的红细胞,对氯仿不敏感,56℃作用3~5h不影响病毒的致病性,病毒核酸类型为DNA。10株病毒的抗原性一致,但与鸭瘟病毒(DPV)和小鹅瘟病毒(GPV)没有中和抗原相关性。分离的病毒通过人工感染鹅可以复制出病例。根据分离病毒的部分特性,初步将其归为腺病毒,暂定病名为雏鹅新型病毒性肠炎(NGVE)。利用生物学技术获得1株对雏鹅不致病而具有良好免疫原性的弱毒株(CN40),对种鹅开产前进行免疫,可使下一代获得有效的免疫保护(5~6个月)。利用分离毒制备的超免疫血清对雏鹅具有良好的预防和治疗作用。
A gosling infectious disease was breakouted at the age of 3~30 days gosling in some areas of Sichuan province since 1993. Peak time of death was 10~18 days. Morbidity was 30%~100%. Mortality was 25%~75%, even 100% sometimes. The clinical symptoms and pathologic changes were quite similiar with gosling plague. Ten strains were isolated from duck embro fibroblast monolyer cells by cell plaque colone technique. We called the disease as new Gosling viral enteritis(NGVE) temporary.The isolated strain showed round and ellipse ,no envelope,70~90 nm in diameter,inagglutable red cells of chick,duck,geese,pigeon,cattle,buffalo and pig.The virus was not sensitive to chloroform,no influence to the pathogenicity in 56 ℃ for 3~5 h.Nucleic acid was DNA.The antigenicity of 10 strains was just same,but no antigen correlation among the NGVEV,DPV and GPV,According to some characteristic of NGVEV,it was classed as adenovirus temporary.The egg producing geese were immunized before 10~15 day laying with an attenuated strain(CN 40 ) of good immunogenicity and pathogenic. Their gosling were fully protected against NGVEV for 5~6 months.High antisera from isolated strain has good prevention and therapeutic action for gosling.
