摘要
目的观察高原野战增压帐篷(增压帐篷)对急进高原健康人心脏的影响。方法由低海拔平原(北京,31.2m)急进高原(拉萨,3680m)的健康人30人随机均分为2组,分别监测在增压帐篷和普通帐篷内早8时~18时的动态心电图,并描记常规12导联心电图,分析2组受试者心律失常发生率和有关心电图指标。结果增压帐篷组窦性心律失常和早搏发生率分别为40.00%和33.33%,均显著低于普通帐篷组(分别为66.67%和53.33%,均P〈0.05)。与普通帐篷组比较,增压帐篷组心室率为80.860次/min,显著低于普通帐篷组(89.02次/min),增压帐篷组QRS时限和Q—Tc分别为(0.088±0.017)s和(0.428±0.0310)s,均显著短于普通帐篷组[分别为(0.072±0.013)s和(0.391±0.029)s,均P〈0.05]。增压帐篷组P—R间期和Q—T间期为(0.149±0.062)s和(0.350±0.028)s,与普通帐篷组[(0.162±0.068)s和(0.335±0.031)s]无显著差异(均P〉0.05)。结论高原野战增压帐篷能有效纠正急性高原低压性缺氧,对心脏有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of highland field pressure- increasing tabernacle on the cardiac function of healthy persons who urgently enter the highland. Methods Thirty healthy males, aged (37.60±3.12) (27 ± 52), without history of highland residence who were sent from Beijing, with an elevation of 31.2 m rapidly to Lhasa, with an altitude of 3680 m, were randomly divided into 2 equal groups: Group A residing in highland field pressure-increasing tabernacles and Group B residing in an ordinary tabernacle. Dynamic electrocardiography was conducted from 8am to 6pro, and by the end of the test routine 12-lead electrocardiogram was recorded. The rate of arrhythmia and the parameters of electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results The rates of sinus arrhythmia and early premature systole of Group A were 40.00% and 33.33% respectively, both significantly lower than those of Group B (66.67% and 53.33% respectively, both P〈 0.05). The heart rate of Group A was 80.86 bpm, significantly lower than that of Group B (89.02 bpm, P〈0.05). The QRS complexes duration and Q-Tc interval of Group A were (0.072±0.013) s and (0.391±0.029) s respectively, both significantly shorter than those of Group B [(0.088±0.017) s and (0.428±0.031) s respectively, both P〈0.05] . The P-R and Q-T intervals of Group A were (0.149±0.062) s and (0.350±0.028) s respectively, both not significantly different from those of Group B [(0.162±0.068) s and (0.335±0.031) s respectively both, P〉 0.05). Conclusion Highland field pressure-increasing tabernacle effectively prevents acute highland hypobaric hypoxia and keeps normal heart functionality.
