摘要
草原红牛导入丹麦红牛血液后,其杂交后代(F2、F3)的产肉性能比草原红牛有所提高(经F检验,差异不显著P>0.05);导血后,净肉率F2、F3比草原红牛分别高出1.5和3个百分点,优质肉块产量也比导血前高,同月龄牛宰前活重、屠宰率和骨量的变化不大。
After the introduction of Danish Red to Caoyuan Red,the ment production performance of the F2 and F3 is improved (P>0.05 );after the blood in troduction ,the net beef ratio of F2 and F3 are raised by 1.5and 3 percent respectively ,and the fine quality beef yield is raised also compared with those of Caoyuan Red,while there are no big differences in weight before slaughter ,slaughter rate and bone volume of cattles at the same month age .
