摘要
一直以来,外资和廉价劳动力的低成本优势成就了东莞制造企业的辉煌。而今,在外部经济危机与内部成本高涨等因素的双重夹击下,制造企业的低成本比较优势逐渐丧失。曾经成功的东莞模式,不得不面临由于出口锐减、内外源型经济强弱严重畸形以及产业链低端,产品附加值超低等因素所致的制造企业倒闭的现实困境。如何突围?通过积极调整出口贸易政策,同时摆脱出口依赖;合理利用外资,促进制造业经济平衡发展;推进产业的转移与升级等几个方面并驾齐驱,才能令目前的制造业脱离危机。
For a long time, the foreign capital and the low- cost advantages in the cheap labor have contributed to the great success of Donggnan＇ s manufacturing. But now, seriously - hit by the outer economic crisis and the inner high costs and so on, the manufacturing have gradually lost their low - cost better advantages. Once as a successful Donggnan model, the manufacturing have to face the real difficulties that have been caused by the factors such as the decreases of exports, the serious unbalance, industrial chain in the low - end, and the product＇ s low added - value and so on. Only when we positively adjust the policies for the export trade, don＇ t depend on exports, reasonally get use of the foreign capital, promt the balaned development in the manufacturing economy, and push the transfer and upgrading of the industries and so on, can we get rid of the crisis facing the present manufacturing.
