摘要
对分布于南京、上海、武汉、厦门和北京五个地区23所已开展图书馆2.0服务的高校图书馆展开调研,通过整合调查数据,分析我国高校图书馆在开展图书馆2.0相关服务过程中,用户对图书馆2.0的认知程度、利用情况及对开展图书馆2.0服务的看法。以进一步探讨图书馆2.0在加强图书馆信息服务能力上所起的作用,及在应用过程中存在的不足,并提出优化图书馆2.0服务的建议。
Based on results got from 23 university libraries which have carried out related Library 2.0＇ services in five cities of China：Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Wuhan, this paper analizes users＇ understanding and utilizing to Library 2.0, as well as users＇ opinion on Library 2.0. Through this, the paper further studies the role of Library 2.0 plays in enhancing the ability of libraries＇ information services. At the mean time, this paper points out disadvantages during Library 2.0＇ s application and gives some construetive suggestions which can help libraries improve services provided on the basis of Library 2.0.
