摘要
该文章旨在论述构建和谐社会和特殊教育之间的相互关系。分别从发展特殊教育事业是构建和谐社会的基本要求,特殊教育对构建和谐社会的促进作用以及特殊教育发展水平体现了一个社会的和谐程度这三个方面进行了详细阐述。
This article first summarizes the relationship between special education and the development of harmonious society in general, and then analyzes the relationship from three aspects in particular, namely, it is a basic requirement to develop special education for the construction of harmonious society, special education can enhance the development of harmonious society, and the level of the development of special education can reflect the civilization level of the whole society.
