摘要
选用逆温下单性结果番茄OS、Santiam和非单性结果番茄海粉901为试验材料，观察开花前后子房中生长素吲哚乙酸（LAA）、脱落酸（ABA）、赤霉囊（GA3）含量的变化。结果表明，从花前2天至花后4天，OS和Santiam中LAA、ABA、GA3的含量均高于海粉901，LAA、ABA、GA3含量的变化与子房的膨大呈显著正相关。IAA／ABA的变化表现为花前高，花后4天降低。
The study was conducted in parthenocarpy tomato OS, Santiam and Non-parthenocarpy tomato Haifen 901. IAA, ABA and GA3 in ovary were assayed before and after anthesis. Results showed that the content of IAA, ABA and GA3 in OS and Santiam was higher than that in Haifen 901 from 2 days before anthesis to 4 days after anthesis. The content of IAA ABA and GA3 was opitively correlated with inflation of ovary. IAA/ABA increased before anthesis and decreased after anthesis.
