颗粒增强环氧耐磨涂层的冲蚀磨损特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 制备了α-Al_2O_3颗粒增强环氧树脂耐磨涂层,通过模拟重介质选煤生产中管道的磨损情况,在自制的浆体冲蚀磨损试验机上考察了颗粒粒度、冲击角度对耐磨涂层冲蚀磨损性能的影响,并对其抗磨损机理进行探讨。结果表明,较大的增强颗粒(60目)可以抵抗较小磨粒(200目)的冲蚀;采用60~80目的α-Al_2O_3颗粒增强的环氧树脂耐磨涂层在重介质选煤工况下具有良好的耐冲蚀磨损性能。 The α-Al2O3 particle reinforced epoxy resin wear-resistant coating is prepared and simulates coal transporting pipes actual work condition in heavy-medium coal dressing. The effects of particle sizes and impacting angles to the wear-resistant coating are researched in slurry erosion wear testing machine that is self-made. And the anti-wear mechanism is explored. The results show that the larger particles (60 mesh) can resist the erosion of smaller particles (200 mesh). The 60 - 80 mesh α-Al2O3 particle reinforced epoxy resin wear-resistant coating has good erosion-resistant in the heavy-medium coal preparation conditions.
