简要介绍分接开关电动机构常见的越级连动、机械传动缺陷、电气控制缺陷、位置指示缺陷、箱体密封故障、伞齿轮与传动轴故障的诊断及其改进措施，以提高运行的可靠性。
This paper focuses on how to detect failures of motor drive unit for tap changers and how to make improvements. Such as orerpass operations, mechanical transmission errors, electrical control errors, position indicating errors, sealing failure of unit box, bevel gear and transmission shaft failures.
