摘要
针对柴达木盆地涩北气田水平井投产后反映出产量递减快、出水对生产影响较大的问题,从水平井产能、水平井实施效果、水平井先导性试验、气层筛选、水平井部署的有利位置、水平段长度等多个关键技术出发,深入分析了涩北气田疏松砂岩气藏水平井产能的主要影响因素。运用气藏数值模拟技术,基于典型层组的地质模型,模拟预测并对比分析了涩北气田水平井布井的有利位置及合理水平段长度。提出了对水平井部署和优化设计的建议:①对于射孔单元内个别气层面积远大于其他气层的井可单独用水平井开发,可减少直井总数量和低部位低产直井数量;②对于地层疏松、水体能量较强、气水关系复杂的涩北气田,在布井方案中水平井水平段长度的选择应谨慎;③对于非均质较强的目的层,应严格设计水平井目标靶区,并做好钻井跟踪,保证水平井段能钻达优质储层。
Due to the problems of sharp production decrease and water production in horizontal wells since being put into production in the Sebei gas field of Qaidam basin,the well productivity has been largely impeded.This paper analyzes the major factors affecting the productivity of horizontal wells in unconsolidated gas reservoirs in the Sebei gas field,in terms of productivity,performance,pilot test,reservoir selection,optimal horizontal well deployment,optimal horizontal length,etc.Based on the geologic models of typical formations and by using the numerical modeling,we simulated,predicted and compared the optimal location and optimal horizontal length of horizontal wells.And then we put forward some suggestions for horizontal well deployment and optimum design as follows.Firstly,horizontal wells can be designed for perforation units with individual gas zone area far greater than other gas zones,so as to reduce the number of low-production vertical wells and the total number of vertical wells.Secondly,the Sebei gas field is characterized by unconsolidated formations,powerful water body and complicated gas/water distribution,so we should take care when considering the horizontal length of horizontal wells.Thirdly,the operation of horizontal well drilling should be strictly designed especially for the target stratum with high heterogeneity and target tracing should be done well for the purpose of achieving the favorable reservoirs by the horizontal drilling.
