摘要
海南中部五指山市、琼中县、保亭县和白沙县等4市县地处山区,属少数民族聚居地,经济总量小,基础差,产业结构单一,以热带农业为主。加快该地区的发展,关系到海南经济可持续发展、民族团结、社会稳定和海南区域整体发展战略的实现。通过分析4市县的基本情况、存在的主要问题,阐明了加快4市县农业开发建设的意义,提出了加快农业开发的对策建议。
Wuzhishan,Qiongzhong,Baoting and Baisha County,are four counties which located in central mountainous areas of Hainan Province,and where are an area of minority populations live,the economic aggregate is small,economic base is poor,industrial structure is single,mainly is tropical agricnlture.Speed up the development of this region,related to the sustainable development of Hainan＇s economy,national solidarity,social stability,and the realization of region overall development strategy of Hainan Province.Through the analysis of the basic situation and the main problems of the four counties,illustrating the significance of accelerating the development and construction agriculture in the four counties,and putting forward some countermeasures to speed up agricultural development.
