摘要
利用SDS-PAGE分析了黑龙江省70年代以前推广种植的63个主要小麦品种的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基。根据Payne等人的方法,计算了其Glu-1品质得分。结果表明,黑龙江省50年代以前(包括50年代)推广种植的22个小麦品种,其Glu-1的平均分数为8.05分;60年代推广的15个品种,其Glu-1的平均数为8.03分;70年代推广的26个品种,其Glu-1的平均分数为7.35分。本文分析了这一结果的成因,讨论了我省小麦育种的策略和方法。
