摘要
目的了解浙江省消毒检测实验室质量控制水平,提高全省疾控系统和医疗机构对消毒剂性能检测能力。方法采用理化分析方法,选部分疾病预防控制中心和医疗机构对戊二醛消毒液有效含量检测能力进行调查。结果15所疾病预防控制中心实验室对两种浓度(含量18 g/L与16 g/L)的戊二醛消毒液检测报告的结果符合率为86.7%。26家医疗机构对含量18 g/L戊二醛消毒液检测结果符合率为69.2%,对含量16 g/L戊二醛消毒液检测结果符合率为26.9%。结论浙江省医疗机构应进一步加强戊二醛消毒剂的正确使用;疾病预防控制中心中尚未开展戊二醛有效含量测试的单位,应尽早建立相应的测试方法,加强对医院使用中消毒剂的质量检测。
Objective To know the level of quality control of disinfection testing laboratories in Zhejiang Province, and improve the ability of disinfectant performance testing in the provincial disease control systems and medical institutions. Method Physieochemical analysis was used to investigate the ability of some centers for disease prevention and control and medical institutions to detect the effective content of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution. Results The coincidence rate of results of detecting two concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution （ 18 g/L and 16 g/L） by laboratories of 15 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was 86.7%. The coincidence rate of results of detecting content of 18 g/L glutaraldehyde disinfection solution by 26 medical institutions was 69.2% , and that of detecting 16 g/L glutaraldehyde disinfection solution was 26.9%. Conclusion Zhejiang medical institutions should further strengthen the correct use of glutaraldehyde disinfectants. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which have not yet carried out test for effective concentration of glutaraldehyde should set up the test method as soon as possible, and strengthen the quality control of disinfectants used in hospitals.
