山西省离岗放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率的检测 被引量:1

Detection of the frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronucleus in laid-off radiation-exposed workers in Shanxi province

摘要 目的研究比较健康成年人和放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率。方法使用微量全血培养法制备标本,用常规染色体分析法和常规微核分析法检测100例健康成年人和520例放射工作人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率。结果健康成人和放射工作人员染色体畸变率(双+环)均值分别为(0.02±0.01)%和(0.20±0.02)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康成年人微核率均值为(4.17±0.19)‰,放射工作人员微核率均值为(4.28±0.11)‰,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射工作人员染色体畸变率明显高于正常人群,因此加强从业人员的辐射防护知识的培训及做好安全防护措施非常重要。 Objective To study and to compare the frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronucleus in lymphooytes between healthy adults and radiation-exposed workers. Methods The conventional methods of chromosome aberration and micronucleus analysis were used in 100 healthy adults and 520 radiation-exposed workers. Results The frequencies of chromosome aberration ( dic + r) were (0. 02 ± 0. 01 ) % and ( 0. 20 ± 0. 02 ) % in healthy adults and radiation-exposed workers, respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The frequencies of micronucleus were (4. 17 ± 0. 19 ) ‰ and ( 4. 28± 0. 11 ) ‰ in healthy adults and radiation-exposed workers, respectively (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The chromosome aberrations in radiation-exposed workers are higher than those in normal people,so it is very important to pay more attention to radiation protection.
