摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对苯二甲酰氯为原料,在1,1—2,2四氯乙烷中合成了含三个苯环的刚性第三单体(Thethird monomer,TM);将所合成第三单体按照不同(0,0.5%,1%,2%,5%,以对苯二甲酸摩尔量为基准)加入聚合釜中,与对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)进行熔融共缩聚合成了改性PET聚合物;并用差热分析(DSC)、红外光谱(FTIR),热台偏光显微镜(POM)等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征;研究发现,芳香刚性第三单体改性后的共聚酯冷结晶温度(Tc)和熔体结晶温度(Tm,c)下降,熔点(Tm)升高,结晶度增大,结晶性能有所改善。
The reaction of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 1,4-benzenedicarbonyl-chloride was carried out to synthesize the rigid molecule in 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, which was used as the third monomer in the melt polycondensation with tereph- thalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG) to prepare PET block copolymer containing rigid aromatic segments. Poly(ethyl- ene terephthalate) (PET) and it's block copolymer with different contents of the third monomer (0. 5 %, 1%, 2G, 5 %, mol ratio relative to PET) were prepared. The structure and properties of PET copolyesters were studied and corhpared with pure PET by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and polarized opti- cal microscopy (POM), etc. The copolymers exhibited lower Tc and Te,m ,better crystallinity and so on.
