摘要
以Pd/C为催化剂、正己烷为溶剂对软化点为138.0℃、加纳色号为3的α-蒎烯树脂进行加氢,通过正交实验确定了最佳的加氢工艺条件,并采用凝胶渗透色谱、紫外光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱和臭氧化反应等方法对加氢得到的无色α-蒎烯树脂进行了表征。实验结果表明,在反应温度240℃、压力6.0MPa、Pd/C催化剂质量分数(基于α-蒎烯树脂)0.6%、加氢时间0.5h、搅拌转速600r/min的最佳条件下,加氢后的α-蒎烯树脂的加纳色号小于1,达到无色水平,软化点为136.0℃。表征结果显示,加氢后的无色α-蒎烯树脂的双键大部分被消除,同时大分子链没有断裂。
α-Pinene resin with softening point of 138.0 ~C and color grade of Gardner 3 was hydrogenated on Pd/C catalyst with n-hexane as solvent for decolorizing. Orthogonal test with seven factors and three levels were designed to decide the optimum conditions of the hydrogenation. Hydrogenated α-pinene resin was characterized by means of UV, FFIR, GPC and ozonization. Under optimum conditions of hydrogenation : reaction temperature 240 ℃, pressure 6.0 MPa, mass fraction of Pd/C catalyst(based on mass of starting α-pinene resin) 0.6% ,reaction time 0.5 h and stir speed 600 r/min, colorless α-pinene resin was obtained. Gardner color grade of the resin was less than 1 and softening point was 136.0 ℃. A majority of double bonds in the obtained α-pinene resin was proved to be eliminated while the macromolecular structure was remained as before hydrogenation.
