摘要
目的：观察RF系统复位内固定、椎管成形、椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱的效果。方法：采用RF系统复位内固定、患椎间植骨、椎管成形治疗98例成人腰椎Ⅰ度以上滑脱且有明显下肢症状者。结果：全部患者均获随访,随访时间6-36个月,平均16个月,全部椎间植骨融合良好,椎管成形无狭窄,未发现内固定断裂及松动。结论：RF系统内固定、椎间植骨、椎管成形是治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法。
Objective：To observe the effects of reduction and intemal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction on lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods：98 adult patients with lumbar slippage above level I and obvious lower extremity symptoms underwent internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months with an average of 16 months. By the end, all the bone graft between vertebras fused well. Neither spinal canal stenosis nor rupture and loosening of internal fixation were found in all cases. Conclusion： Reduction and internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction is an effective method for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
