摘要
随着生产原料价格上涨,企业降低生产成本,提高生产效率势在必行。文章以火力发电企业的物流系统作为研究对象,对其内在的物流服务水平和物流成本的关系进行了对比分析,为了提高火力发电企业物流服务水平,增强市场竞争力,对改进其物流管理过程提出了意见和建议。
It is imperative for enterprises to reduce cost of production and improve productive efficiency under the situation that price of producers＇ goods are rising. The paper analyzes the internal relationship between service level and cost of logistics with the study of the logistics system used in thermal power plant, and gives suggestion about the improvement of logistics management process in order to improve service level and marketing competence of thermal power plant.
