摘要
本文研究了异亮氨基酸生产中发酵废水的厌氧生物处理。在静态试验的基础上用上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)进行了动态试验研究,试验结果表明了该发酵废水厌氧生物处理的可行性,COD去除率>80%。其工艺条件为:温度35±1℃,停留时间10h,最大有机负荷8kgCOD/(m3·d),沼气产生率63L/kgCOD。
Abstract The anaerobic biological treatment of wastewater of fermentation from the process of isoleucine production is studied in this paper.Basted on the static experiment,a dynamic experiment is proceeded with a upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB)reactor.The experimental results show that the biological treatment of wastewater of fermentation is feasible and the COD removal efficiency is more than 80%.The Process conditions are that,the temperature is 35±1 degree Celsius,the hydraulic retention time (HRT)is 10h,the greatest organic load is 8kgCOD/m 3·d and the gas produce ratio is 6.3L/kgCOD.
