摘要
提出了一种新的破乳方法——微波辐射法。在微波炉中对含水60%的乳液进行辐射,结果表明微波辐射有较理想的破乳效果。同时与常规电加热破乳作了对比试验,微波辐射破乳的破乳率高、时间短。通过观测乳液的Zeta电位的变化,阐明了微波破乳除了热效应外,还存在电中和的作用机理。
Laboratory tests demonstrated that oilwater emulsions were broken down by microwave radiation.Separations of oil from water by the conventional heating method and microwave radiation process were compared.The results showed that the separation by microwave process was faster and more efficient than by the conventional heating method.The zetapotential of the oil droplets in water was measured,which indicated that the charge was lowered in microwave process besides heating effect.
