摘要
目的:探讨活血化瘀药组分配伍对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清凋亡因子Fas系统的影响。方法:90例不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者随机分为常规治疗组、组分配伍组和血塞通组3组,每组30例;观察患者治疗前后Fas系统的相关凋亡因子变化。结果:组分配伍组治疗后患者Fas系统相关凋亡因子水平较前降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且低于其他两组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。结论:活血药有效组分配伍可有效降低不稳定型心绞痛患者血清Fas系统凋亡相关因子水平,从而治疗不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证。
Objective：Explore the blood circulation of the drug component compatibility in patients with unstable angina Systems Fas apoptosis factor. Methods ：90 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into stasis conventional treatment group, component compatibility and Xuesaitong Group 3 groups of 30 cases ; observation of patients before and after treatment system Fas- related apoptosis-change factor. Results ： Component compatibility group after treatment in patients with Fas-related apoptosis-lower level than before, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and lower than the other 2 groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion ： Promoting blood circulation component of effective drug combination can effectively reduce the serum of patients with unstable angina Systems Fas apoptosis-related factor,so the treatment of unstable angina stasis.
