混合阔叶材高得率浆配抄文化用纸白度稳定性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在传统非涂布不含机械浆的高级文化纸的生产过程中,添加混合阔叶材高得率浆取代阔叶木漂白硫酸盐浆明显地降低纸张的白度稳定性。讨论了在浆料中添加沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)填料和荧光增白剂(OBA)在纸张表面施胶中的应用。结果表明:高得率浆的使用导致纸页明显的光诱导返黄,但对纸页的热诱导返黄没有明显影响。分别使用OBA和PCC都可以起到抑制返黄、改善白度的作用。在加入PCC填料情况下,使用OBA-HYP和把OBA应用于表面施胶均能消除由于HYP取代对纸张白度稳定性的影响,且能够产生积极的协同作用。在同时使用45%PCC和每面0.18g/m2OBA表面施胶用量的情况下,几乎可以达到100%BKP生产的纸张的白度。 Substitution for hardwood bleached kraft pulp with mixed hardwood high-yield pulp can lower the stability of paper brightness significantly in the pro-duction of high quality non-coated paper free of mechnical pulp.The application of precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC)fillers and optical brightening agent(OBA)ad-dition in paper surface sizing were discussed.The results show that the application of high yield pulp results in the obvious photo-induced color reversion but has no obvious effect on the heat-induced color reversion of the paper.Application of OBA and PCC respectively results in the reduction of the color reversion and improve the brightness.After the addition of PCC fillers,the application of OBA-HYP and appli-cation of OBA in the surface sizing both eliminate the influence of HYP substitution on the whiteness stability and results in active synergism.With the application of 45%PCC and 0.18g/m 2 OBA surface sizing,the whiteness of the paper can be up to which is made with nearly 100%BKP.
