摘要
采用一种特殊方法研究了高速列车用的几种铝合金母材和焊接接头的微区强度性能分布、塑性和韧性分布,并建立了与常规力学性能的关系。同时用微型剪切试验研究了几种铝合金焊接接头的自然时效的微区性能变化和焊接规范对铝合金焊接接头性能的影响。
By a special method to study the strength,plasticity and toughness of micro-area about several Al-alloy base metals and welding joints of high-speed train,and establish a relationshop between the conventional mechanical properties.At the same time, using the micro-shear test result to study the micro-performance changes in natural aging of several Al-alloy joints,and the influence of Al-alloy joint by welding parameters.
