摘要
在研究农村金融问题时,如对国家金融与地方金融不加区别,将无法发现二者支农效率的区别。本文通过研究国家金融与地方金融对农民收入与农业产出影响的差异,揭示了地方金融在支持农村经济发展方面的重要性。
When studying the rural financial problems, differences of the efficiency between national and regional financial support of agriculture can not he found ff they are not differentiated. This paper reveals the importance of regional finance in supporting rural economic development by studying the difference of the influences national and regional finances on farmers＇ income and agricultural output.
