摘要
针对模拟集成可控硅触发电路因元件的分散性,各触发器移相控制存在不一致的问题,设计了基于单片机和FPGA的数字式可控硅触发电路,利用A/D转换器将模拟的电压控制量预处理为数字信号量,经由脉冲同步、移向,产生满足要求的可控硅门级触发脉冲.试验结果表明,该数字式可控硅触发电路,控制精确度高,触发角α的控制误差在0.09°-0.66°范围内.
Aim at the inconsistencies of trigger phase - shifting in integrated analog SCR trigger circuits caused by the dispersity of components, a digital SCR trigger circuits is designed based on FPGA and single-chip. Preprocessed analogous signals is converted to digital quantities by A/D. Through pulse synchronizing, phase shifting, the qualified pulse for SCR is produced at last. The results show that these digital SCR trigger circuits have high precision, the difference of trigger angle oL is with in 0. 09° -0. 66°.
