摘要
从表面化学和动力学角度入手,研究了纳米微晶的长大团聚机理。分析纳米微晶长大过程中,液膜存在于固-气体系中,其在固、气相两侧存在的浓度差是微晶长大的动力。研究表明,纳米微晶的团聚不仅受分子间作用力的影响,还受到其表面自由能的影响,通过改变纳米微晶的表面自由能来控制晶体的长大和团聚,并提出了控制途径和方法。
Under surface chemistry and dynamics, the growth and aggregation mechanism of nano-crystallite is studied. Concerning to the growth of nano crystallite, the liquid film exists in solid gas system, concentration difference of the liquid film between liquid and gas is growth power of nano crystallite. And then the aggregation of nano-crystallite is analyzed and resluts show that it is affected not only by action force between molecules but also by its surface energy. Then the conclusion is drawn that changing the surface energy of nano-crystallite can control the growth and aggregation of nano-crystallite. Finally, the approaches and methods of controlling aggregation are given.
