摘要 传感器技术作为信息技术的三大基础之一,是当前各发达国家竞相发展的高技术,是进入21世纪以来优先发展的十大顶尖技术之一。传感器技术所涉及的知识领域非常广泛,其研究和发展也越来越多地和其他学科技术的发展紧密联系。本文回顾了传感器技术的发展历史,综述了近几年高端前沿的光电传感器技术和生物传感器技术的主要研究状况,并通过简述当前的应用实例,展望了现代传感器技术的发展和应用前景。 As one of the three bases of information technology, Sensor Technique is what many developed countries are competing in . It is also one of the ten top technologies with priority in the 21st century. There are a large amount of areas of knowledge involved in Sensor Technique . Meanwhile, it also has been in close relation with the advance of other fields of technologies. This article reviews the history of the development of Sensor Technique and summarizes the main investigation on Sensor Technique of Photoelectric Sensor and Biosensor in recent years. By illustrating instances of the application of modem Sensor Technique, this article makes prospect of the development and future appled fields of it.
