摘要
针对资质管理是建设主管部门对建设行业实施管理的一种重要手段,结合实际情况,就如何加强建设类企业资质管理提出几点看法,通过企业资质的规范化、程序化和制度化管理,以提升工程质量。
Aiming at the qualification management, as the important method to construct the industrial implementation management for the construction administration departments, the paper, by combining with factual situations, provides some ideas for how to improve construction qualification management, so as to strengthen the construction quality by regularization, the reutilization and institutionalized management of the enterprises qualification.
