摘要
针对建设项目在项目前期阶段、施工过程阶段、质量评定和验收阶段中建设单位管理的要求,提出了建设单位在不同阶段应注意的方面和问题处理建议,从而帮助建设单位有效控制工程质量和施工进度以及工程造价。
Aiming at management requirements to constructional units during earlier stage, constructional stage, quality evaluating stage and examining stage, it proposes suggestions for constructional units problems needs attention in different stages as well as handling method, it aims to help constructional units control project quality, constructional process and cost effectively.
