摘要
分析了在敏捷制造环境下制造系统对设备定义的需求，指出现有的设备定义方法主要侧重于设备静态结构特性的表达，不能很好地描述设备在制造系统中的功能及其行为，提出了一种面向对象的设备定义方法。这种方法在现有的设备定义方法的基础上，通过建立设备的功能模型、动态模型，建立起面向对象的设备模型，全面描述设备的结构特性及其功能特性。在此基础上作者初步建立了设备类库体系结构，使工程技术人员能够方便地完成设备定义任务。
This paper proposes a new object oriented method of equipment definition. In this method, the object oriented model of the equipment is built based on the function and dynamical model. This model describes the structural and functional character of equipment completely. At last, the equipment calss library is built, so that an engineer can define equipments easily.
