介绍了新型工程轮胎试验机的功能和主要设计参数,对系统的关键部分液压系统结构的设计进行了详细描述。新型工程轮胎试验机采用液压马达取代了传统的直流电机作为动力源拖动转鼓进行试验,弥补直流电机低速稳定性和扭矩不足的缺陷,同时也为试验机功能后续开发提供了方便。
The function and main parameters of new OTR (Off-The-Road) tire were introduced. The key technologies of the hydraulic system were analyzed. The new designed OTR tire measurement equipment adopts hydraulic motor as its power source instead of the traditional DC motor which drags the rotor drum to carry out experiments. The new structure makes up for the disadvantage of speed disturbance and torque insufficient for DC motor at low speed. The design method provides a convenient way for further development.
