摘要
热轧轧制计划排程是热轧生产管理的核心内容和关键技术。热轧轧制计划排程质量的好坏,将直接影响热轧前后工序物流的畅通、轧线产能的提高,轧辊的工作寿命。本文描述了基于模型的热轧计划排程系统的建立和开发实现技术,通过该系统的在线仿真使用表明,结合使用轧制计划优化模型来解决热轧计划排程中的多约束问题,能取得较好的成效。
The hot roiling scheduling is the core and key technology of hot roiling production management. The quality of hot rolling scheduling will directly influence the balance of material flows related to hot roiling processes, the production capacity of hot rolling line and the lifecycle of rolls. The establishment of hot roiling scheduling system based on model as well as its development and implementation technology was introduced. The on-line simulation and implement of the system indicated that using the optimized model of hot roiling to solve the multiple constraint problems in hot rolling scheduling could obtain a better result.
