摘要
研究了以对二甲氨基苯甲酸为原料,通过酰氯化反应,再和5-甲基-2-甲氨基苯硫酚进行缩合反应合成硫代黄色素T。产品的总收率大于75%。
The synthesis of thioflavine T was studied using p-dimethylaminobenzoic acid as material through chloroformylation reaction, and then by the condensation reaction with 5-methyl-2-methylaminothiophenol. The overall yield of the product was 75%.
