摘要
以玉米和大豆作为研究对象,应用精密度研究散粮的采样。选择水分作为合理的质量参数,在散粮火车皮(L18型火车皮)、散粮输送带、散粮船舶三个采样地点(载体)进行系列试验,找出合理的VPT值和VI值,得出采用精密度为0.60%、最少子样数为12的采样方法较为客观并具可操作性,对于散粮的采样具有很好的理论指导意义。
Taking corn and soybean as research material, precision theory was adopted to study sampling in circulation of bulk grain. Moisture was selected as reasonable quality parameter. A series of tests were performed in bulk grain railcars, belt conveyor and vessels to find out reasonable VPT value and VI value. The result indicated that it is relatively objective and operable to adopt precision 0.60%, minimum number of subsample 12, which is instructive for bulk grain sampling.
