摘要
利用离子阱气相色谱-质谱联用仪,优化了色谱、质谱仪器参数,建立了时间串联质谱(MS/MS)检测植物油中7种多氯联苯的方法。采用二级质谱检测技术,保证了定性定量结果的可靠性,同时有效的消除了基体干扰,7种多氯联苯的检测限分别为0.0012、0.0016、0.0030、0.0028、0.0015、0.0016、0.0025mg/kg,方法的精密度为2.1%~6.1%、回收率为73%~103%,满足植物油中多氯联苯的检测需要,同时可用于植物油的质量控制与分析。
The methods for determination of seven kinds of PCBs in vegetable oil by ion trap GC/MS/MS were established and the parameters of it were optimized. The second order mass spectra was adapted to increase the reliability of the results and eliminate the interference of the matrix. The detection limits of the seven kinds of PCBS were 0.0012,0.0016, 0.0030, 0.0028, 0.0015, 0.0016, 0.0025 mg/kg respectively. The precision ofthe method were2.1% - 6.1%, the recovery rate was 73% - 103%. The method met the needs of determination so can be used as measure of quantity control and analysis for vegetable oil.
